Social service voucher system(SSVS) is the system that is provide high quality- various service for the elder, the disabled, pregnant women and child. Since 2007, Korea have practiced for about two years.

To enlarge customers' selection, sufficient providers should exist. Service of high quality can be provided by competition between many providers. We can estimate efficiency of the system by the number of provider, changing number of users and degree of satisfaction.

->Since 2007, the table shows that the number of providers is increasing. That means competitive activation among providers which is one of the voucher's purpose. We can see that the market mechanism is introduced in the public sector. Through competition among providers, voucher system solves existing problem that is from one sided service providing way and improves efficiency.
