History of Hotel
Since welcoming its first guest in 1987, The Paradise Hotel & Casino Busan has become Busan's premiere five-star establishment whose popularity with local and international travelers led to the opening of an Extension in 1999. It has garnered numerous awards including The Golden Key in interior design by the American Hotel & Motel Association in 1989, the best Hotel in 1992 and again in 1996, and the Best Beach Hotel in Korea by the Korea times in 2000. After opening of the extension, a continued refurbishment program ensures the highest standards of the facilities and service.
Market Segment
It is the feature of the paradise market segmentation that largely divided to three parts for the lifestyle of high places, gender, and foreigner. we take extra caution on words and action which might make the customer offended. Also we provided the high-class services to secure clients by taking hindrance away for providing the very best customer service. We are now operating Executive club for businessman. Ladies Floor for ladies, and Chinese Floor which especially responds to the increased Chinese tourist with China’s recent economic growth.
