Definition of the Pay
Wage
A compensation in exchange for labor
Annual Salary
A form of periodic payment
Incentive
Any factor (financial or non-financial) that enables or motivates a particular course of action
Payment System
P.S[Profit Sharing]
The biggest amount among incentives
If employees exceed the purpose,
they can get maximum 20% of exceeded benefits.
If evaluated as a S-class,
he/she can get 50% of his annual salary.
P.I[Productivity Incentive]
PI’s sum is 50~150% of monthly salary
Decided according to the performance of the subsidiary company.
Employees of the same company are given same PI.
Received in January / July.
