I. Introduction
We are living in a globalization era where borders between countries are becoming vague and flow of goods and services is increasing. Due to the globalization, many companies export and import goods, and even go abroad to do their business; MNC (Multi National Corporation) becomes the fashion of the day. Then what kind of strategy do MNCs need to adopt? Our group suggests localization considering cultures of native countries as a best strategy for corporations doing international business; for that, ‘intercultural communication’ is indispensible.

II. Multinational Corporation
A multinational corporation (MNC) is a corporation that manages production or delivers services in more than one country. It can also be referred to as an international corporation. There are countless MNCs around the globe, and that means one has to have strategic plan or strategy for their survival in the market.

II. I. Communication between different cultures
Business travel is the practice of people traveling for purposes related to their work. When a company does international business, business trip or communication with the native in the foreign countries is unavoidable. This means that multinational corporations need to know about different cultures in order to deal with their employees, partners, suppliers and customers in different countries.
