1. Intro
For success of a company, many different factors are needed. Organizational culture, inter alia, has a significant role in that. Innovative business model, marketing and product development are based on organizational culture of the company. So, organizational culture has a significant impact on a firm’s long-term economic performance from the point of view of a company. Until a recent date, the Blockbuster was a biggest video rental company in U.S. However, the Netflix has been growing steadily and eventually Blockbuster bankrupted in September 2010. Obviously a fundamental key of success is their unique and creative organizational culture. This is cause that we focused on Netflix’s organizational culture.
