In this report, we try to figure out strengths, shortcomings, possible solutions and some important issues generated by the merge of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries as the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. We also analyze the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. In introduction, we explain about general information about the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, the reason why we choose this agency and the background of the merge. In the main subject, we deal with analysis of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, strengths, shortcomings and possible solutions in the perspectives of motivation, value(effectiveness) and culture.
