●‘동맥’이 ‘정맥’보다 근육층이 발달해 있다.
⇒심실에서 수축되어 나온 혈액을 온몸으로 보내주기 위해서 동맥이 정맥에 비해 근육층이 발달해 있다.
⇒환자의 직접적인 상태를 check하기 위해서 동맥혈 검사를 하는 때가 있다.
근육에는 신경이 분포하는데, 따라서 동맥혈 채취 시에 통증을 느끼게 된다. 또한, 심근경색(MI :
Myocardial infarction)시에도 통증을 느끼게 된다.
●관상동맥(Coronary Artery) : 심장 자체에 혈액을 공급해준다.
●혈관의 건강은 회복이 어렵기 때문에 조기에 관리가 중요하다.
