Situation
The Samsung is supposed to promote newly released Galaxy S4 in Korea using Television advertisement.
But the resources of Samsung are limited.
Therefore, Samsung have to make a decision to minimize ad cost and to have desired effects.

-’i = 1’ means fifteen second advertisement.
-’i = 2’ means thirty second advertisement.
∙time j :
-’j = 1’ means from Am12 to Am1.

Constraints about advertisement time
Between 12am~2am at SBS&KBS2&MBC, 15 sec ads should be less than 45*30 sec during a month.
Between 6am~8am at SBS&KBS2&MBC, 30sec ads should be less than 60 *30 sec during a month.
Between 8am~12pm at SBS&KBS2&MBC, 15sec&30sec ads should be less than 90*30 sec during a month.
Between 12pm~6pm at SBS&KBS2&MBC, 15sec ads should be less than 105*30 sec during a month.
Between 6pm~9pm at SBS&KBS2&MBC, 15sec ads should be less than 50*30 sec during a month.
Between 9pm~12pm at SBS&KBS2&MBC, 15sec&30sec ads should be less than 60*30 sec during a month.
