I agree with plastic surgery because it creates more opportunities and builds confidence. First, being more attractive provides more options. You might have heard the news that many job hunters are willing to undergo cosmetic surgery to be more competitive at interviews. A study shows that attractive applicants are asked fewer questions during job interviews.

I am against cosmetic surgery because of lack of personality and some side effects. First, I think that people with plastic surgery have superficial personalities.
