chronic airflow obstruction이 없는 chronic bronchitis는 COPD에 속하지 않음

thin wall, air or fluid-filled 공간을 말하며, respiratory epithelium, cartilage, smooth muscle, glands가 포함된 벽을 갖는다. bleb은 intrapleural cystic space로 bulla보다 작으며, 더 superficial하게 존재한다.

- 특히 상기도감염 (upper respiratory tract), 비뇨기 감염(urinary tract infections(UTIs)),
전염병 (communicable diseases)에 걸리지 않도록 주의
- 중요한 처치는 임신, 분만, 산욕기의 관리를 잘 함으로써 예방
