research we tried to find out what do the students majoring in the hospitality management of Kyung Hee University think about having a career in the hospitality industry.

As a Kyung Hee University student majoring in Hospitality Industry, do many of the students see themselves having a possible career in the hospitality industry?

Therefore, We set up the value which is the more valuable. And, Through the Finding the pursuit value, we can understand ourselves. Finally, we say that such a total process is a Career Plan.
