1. Before the show begins, We have a one question. Do you know what you really want? we find the 2-type example. First, example of case1, Research result show that Korea worker has the dissatisfaction with own’s job, generally 60% . Why they have a dissatisfaction with own’s job, at that more than a half. The typically reason that income doesn’t get up with self-expectation. Second, Example of case 2 show that difference conclusion against to case1. In generally doctor called to symbol of wealth and honor but actually, doctor feels dissatisfaction with own’s job. so we judge case conclusion. Selecting the job’s criteria may be different each other. Who think that wealth is the best value. And Who think that honor is the best value .Also, generally wealth and honor considered to the best value but who think that various factor is the best value. Case1 and Case2 similar example but has the difference. However, Ultimately we know that worker’s job isn’t correspond to the pursuit value. and It cause that worker didn’t adapt to the job. And worker think that my aptitude doesn’t match the job for oneself. This rate approximately 64% Job dissatisfaction causes that serious headache and depression. Torpor and so on side effect individually. Who think that this phenomenon is a personal problem. but, In the 2008, 40’s Man hit the 10’s Girl with a blunt weapon. From the first, Victim Girl doesn’t know the man. Also Man doesn’t know girl. Only the man has the job’s dissatisfaction. And Man solve the personal stress as hitting the girl. This accident show that no more job’s dissatisfaction isn’t personal problem. Continuously If we are think that job-dissatisfaction just a personal problem, it may cause a serious social problem. So then, When and where did we go wrong? And, How to solve the problem? In fact, The solution of the problem already exist .People seek to the job and This job correspond to the pursuit value. But really, People doesn’t know what they want and what they pursuit value. Just they settle for the present and they fit their value for the job. It looks like a Puzzle.
Therefore, We set up the value which is the more valuable. And, Through the Finding the pursuit value, we can understand ourselves. Finally, we say that such a total process is a Career Plan.
