1. Max Weber의 관료제 이념형 이론
Weber는 조직을 내부의 권위로 분석하였다.귄위에 관한 이념형 혹은 관료제의 이념형으로 불리는 그의 이론은 명령과 복종의 관계를 3가지로 유형화하고 있다. 한가지 주의할 것은 이 문제를 다루면서 Weber는 권력(power)과 권위(authority)의 개념을 구별한다는 것이다.
