Before we deal with the conflicts of Asiana Airlines, it is necessary to identify some conditions that create opportunities for conflict to arise. As we know through the textbook, there are generally three conditions; communication, structure, and personal variables. If one of those conditions is fulfilled, the possibility of arising conflict
