I. Why ReignCom?
The reason that we selected ReignCom as our subject for analysis is because the company is an excellent example of how an organization can take steps in changing its structure to overcome poor progress.
Surely ReignCom had good times and its success story was a famous one in the industry. Things turned bad for the company within few years, with the advent of strong riva
in appendix. The problem is based on these complex structures of group. Basically LotteWorld suggest strict hierarchy system which mainly operated by managers who represent each department. And the roles of managers became ambiguous as LotteWorld’s department has been diversified and specified. And this complex structure cause many communicational problems with company’s strategy, system and
in such short time, resulting in loss of efficiency and shortage of corporate structure. Moreover, when SAJO companies merged, SAJO didn’t experience any conflict resolution stages such as storming or norming of group development. In this confusing and chaotic situation of corporate structure, SAJO’s decision making was mainly done through a centralized top-down structure. This may cause the
structure of men is larger, on average, than that of women.
