2. Purpose
In this study, we are going to have a closer look at the benefit’s definition and the types. And then analyze the real cases in our society to see how the reward systems are adopted to the organization in the real world. We pick up four companies out of the biggest corporations in Korea. To be specific, the analysis is about what kind of reward system they offer to their members and how they operate them By doing this, we can see how much the reward system, the benefit, is applied to the real world. Besides, we also look at the present condition of the benefit system depending on the size of the company. Therefore we would be able to conclude that how the benefit system is implemented in the real company and what differences of the benefit system there are between the large company and the minor company.

1. Definition of Reward
The reward system is often perceived as a compensation given because of hard working or supporting company. And something that motivates and makes you pleasured by satisfying your desire.
Reward system is about the classification of the reward system. Basically there are three types of the reward system; pay, benefit and recognition.
