Small teams tend to pursue the technical solution instead of politics because it is not easy to attain marginal needed resource. They have to use all of available resources and work in the efficient ways. The resources cannot help being limited for the small teams although Google has enough resources. They develop their project in condition of being able to be rapid and easy to attain resources. They rather use existing tools than making new of them. They are willing to use open-source database, Windows and Linux when they need them. They modified the function of existing tools be appropriate for their objective free and easy.
Small teams can remove a free ride and decrease conflicts caused by it. They cannot help doing the best for their role because they know their outcome and the pressure of the peer can be easily observed by others. it is easy to find people who make some tricks in order to decrease their given work when the deadline is coming. There is no time to doing in vain to them.
Small teams can make the members creative because there is no boss who give the specific list to do. Because this team is similar to problem-solving teams,
