- Employment
‘Ticket Monster’ put out a notice on employment condition for all the applicants. It says that working in ticket monster does not provide you high wage, may require working for long hour including night and weekend, and may require immense amount of tasks to be done. However ‘Ticket Monster’ also says that they are going to provide working environment where people are treated by the idea they came up with rather than the age or position in the company. Also they are willing to provide an open environment that it is easy to share ideas with other people.

'Ticket Monster' is only a year old company that they do not have much of organized HRD system. However they do have strong mentoring program and OJT system that seniors teach what juniors need to know very well. Also, they have weekly orientation program for new employees and monthly division-wide class for new employees.


Out of many reasons why ‘Ticket Monster’ is a leading firm in the industry, it could be said that its repetition of virtuous cycle and focus on core ability are the key factors. ‘Ticket monster’ is constantly recruiting sales intern to enhance the sales capacity.
