A. Income distribution structure is worsening and Vulnerable stratum tend to enlarge

- The middle class is reduced and the poor enlarge.
- Enlarging the new under-privileged class such as international marriage home and refugees home

B. Increasing of Regional, School stratum differentiation and educational achievement stratum differentiation.
