Ⅰ. About CS Entertainment
CS Entertainment is South Korea’s leading entertainment company. For over ten years, CS has been active in music production as well as the recruitment, training, and management of new artists. CS Expertly develops new models for its unique business system, constantly working domestic and international markets
Ⅱ. Stakeholder Typology
There is CS Entertainment Under the influence of Korean Wave. So CS have three stakeholder; Public has power, other businesses have urgency, finally NGOs have legitimacy.
Next, They are most closely related to ours. for example, Publice sector is Minister of Forein Affaire and Trade, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Koica, KAC, Kotra, etc. Other business sector is MBC, NC soft, Samsung, Lotte, Asiana Airlane, and so on. The last, NGO is unicef, World Vision, etc.

1. CSR
- What is a CSR?
CSR is about how companies manage the business processes to produce an overall positive impact on society. The goal of CSR is to embrace responsibility for the company's actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and all other members of the public secter. For example, protection of environment, charitable work, volunteer activity, etc.
- The present condition of CRS
Korean enterprises have moved into the other Asian countries such as China, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia and so on, for lower labor costs from the 1990’s.
This has frequently created a conflict of labor problems and environmental issues in the countries. And troubles caused by some Korean companies may damage the reputation of the entire Korean companies, which can link to the Anti-Korean reaction. This may easily destroy a good image of Korea that has been built by the Korean wave.
