The reason we chose the business:
1. Even if Amore has brilliant facilities than the other competitors around it, its profit is not so much higher than others. That’s the main reason why we choose it. We thought that for most of people, motel is concerned just as place for some particular people who want to go for having sex. Thus, although the facilities are better, like nice hostel, it’s hard to be acceptable for general use. However, nowadays, the pattern of using motels is changing more and more. For example, studying and watching movie are one of the main reasons not just for couple, but for friends either. Considering these changing trends of motel, we want to make Amore follow the trends and succeed in the business.
2. Amore motel in Imun-dong is proper size compared to E-Mart that we chose as the past topic. Also, it is located near HUFS. We estimated that many hufs students has used Amore motel in Imun-dong. Thus, we can research our business in more detail and make the better result of our project than any other group
