투자와 투기의 구분
EC(European Commission)의 투기 정의
: “투기란 … 구매 가격과 판매 가격 사이의
가격 차이를 통해 이윤을 추구하는 행위”
문제점
: 투자 역시 일정 부분 가격 차이를 통해
이윤을 추구하며 그 목적을 처음부터
완전히 구분하기 어려움
→ 연구의 목적에 맞게 투기 재정의 필요

투기(Speculation)가격 차이에서 기인하는 이윤을 목적으로 함과 동시에 가격의 변동성 자체를 높여
시장의 불안정성을 통해 이득을 취하고자 하는 목적을 지닌 형태의 금융자본
