97th Amendment:국가의 세입․세출의 결산, 국가 및 법률이 정한 단체의 회계검사와 행정기관 및 공무원의 직무에 관한 감찰을 하기 위하여 대통령 소속하에 감사원을 둔다.
BAI belongs under the president's office for the settlement of national revenue and expenditure and audits on the duties of government organizations and the workers.
98th Amendment:① 감사원은 원장을 포함한 5인 이상 11인 이하의 감사위원으로 구성한다.
② 원장은 국회의 동의를 얻어 대통령이 임명하고, 그 임기는 4년으로 하며, 1차에 한하여 중임할 수 있다.
③ 감사위원은 원장의 제청으로 대통령이 임명하고, 그 임기는 4년으로 하며, 1차에 한하여 중임할 수 있다.
①composed of over 5 below 13 members of Inspection Committee including the chairman
②the chairman gets nominated by the president by the consensus of the Congress, the term is 4 years, can reappoint for 1 time.
③the Presidents nominates the members of the committee by the recommendation of the BAI Chairman, the term is 4 years, can

99th Amendment: 감사원은 세입·세출의 결산을 매년 검사하여 대통령과 차년도국회에 그 결과를 보고하여야 한다.
BAI settle the results of the national accounting on the annual revenue and expenditure and must report the results of it with the president to the next Congress.
100th Amendment: 감사원의 조직·직무범위·감사위원의 자격·감사대상공무원의 범위 기타 필요한 사항은 법률로 정한다.
The articles in need for BAI's duty performance in organization, the range of duty, the rights of the committee members, the range of the audit targets and etc. fixed by the law.
