활동은 2가지 기본적인 목표를 가지고 있는데 하나는 고객가치의 창출이고 하나는 경쟁적 우위를 가지는 것이다. v=b/p(v=value, b=benefit, p=price)에서 v를 증가하기 위해서는 b의 증가나 p의 감소가 필요하다. 만약 b가 똑같다면 즉, product, distribution, promotion benefit가 같다면 price가 낮으면 value는 증가한다.
발달로 선진제국의 대중소비문화가 전 세계로 급속히 전파되어 시장의 동질화(homogenization)를 야기, 범세계적 시장(gloval market)및 세계상품(world product)을 대두시킴으로써 나타나고 있다.
그러면 이상과 같은 두 가지의 중요한 국제경제환경 변화가 우리의 대중 진출과 관련하여 주는 시사점은 무엇인가.
