We are going toanalysis fast food industry. And we choose two companies. That is Mcdonald’s and Yum!.
Mcdonald’s is the biggest food company in the world and Yum is the major restaurants company which has many brands such as Taco bell and Pizza hut.
In this project we are going to focus on what is the difference between worldwide compan
to identify the exact problems of Cyworld, find out what it missed and what's changed in user's needs, figure out why Facebook succeeds and Cyworld is in decline continually. And then, we're going to seek what Cyworld needs to satisfy the users, the ways to solve the problems Cyworld faces, and some new ideas to revive Cyworld.

Through interview with boss, we suggest 3 point to prevent frequently replacement of part-timers. First, they need to go to mess monthly to get close each other, then, part-timers feel intimacy, which means part-timers is more endu
to skin caring service. In conclusion, this industry is highly competitive. Shops in this industry generally serve indifferent services. Therefore, we need to build brand loyalty more and try to satisfy customers with newly invented differentiated services.
