Governance
Malaysia is a federal constitutional elective monarchy. The head of state is the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, commonly referred to as the "King". The Yang di-Pertuan Agong is elected to a five-year term by and
the old socialist constitution of 1992 was for succession of Kim jong il. In newly revised constitution in 2009, they deleted ‘communism’ word and added ‘songun ideology’ to strengthen the power base of Kim jung il.
