The Missha's origins lie in the internet site Beautynet, which was created in the year 2000. The two‐way communication with the customers was the driving force behind our improvement. Missha was a brand that was true to the nature of the internet by getting closer to the customers by reducing the distribution chain and activel
ambiguous in positioning. Therefore, KSD’s market leader position is threatened by these factors. Considering this situation, we decided to evaluate their current communication strategies as well as the market situation, and detect the threats and opportunities they are faced with. We are also going to suggest possible future strategies in order for them to adjust to the new circumstances.
