1. Outline
This unit is organized to make students to be able to intercommunicate with some basic expressions on the phone. Students will also be able to make a simple appointment by practicing English conversation in this unit.

2. Matters to consider
This unit is intended for 5th graders of Elementary schools in Gang Dong Gu. The study level of students in Gang Dong Gu might be lower than that of Gang Nam Gu's students but is better than that of Gang Buk's students. Students in Gang Dong Gu usually come from a middle-class family and that allows students to learn English from a child. As a result, students are proficient in english in general in Gang Dong Gu.
5th graders have been taught English for 3 years but the ability to speak, write and listen to English differs. Considering these situations, this unit is aimed at middle-level students.
