① In 2003, 4,3, when SK corps was in really bad situation because of the constraint of Choi who was the owner of the company and accounting embellishment of SK Global, an unknown foreign fund 'Crest Securities' surprisingly announced officially that they were having 14.99% of SK corps' stocks by purchasing 8.64% of SK corps' outstanding shares.
② The parent company, Sovereign required SK to make its corporate governance better and transparent for the first time, however they are now demanding the decampment of existing board of directors, so they are now suspected to take over the SK corp.
