Thermodynamics
Thermodynamic factors involve properties of the solute and the solvent. For example, If two molecules pass the thermodynamic factors, that is, if the thermodynamic factors indicate that they can dissolve with each other, then kinetic factors can take effect.
With stir, system(coffee cup) is given energy, and it causes internal energy to increase. Increased internal energy makes coffee molecule speed up, and this increase in speed helps molecule to diffuse more. It can be explained in aspect of kinetic matter.

Kinetic Factors
- If coffee is stirred by stir bar, eddies are formed. This makes coffee to dissolve easily. Let us explain.

1. Eddy diffusion
- Any diffusion process by which substances are mixed in any fluid system due to eddy motion
- Any particle of the fluid undergoes a series of random movements, superimposed on the main flow. These eddy movements bring about mixing throughout the turbulent core. This process is often referred to as "eddy diffusion." The value of the eddy-mass diffusivity will be very much larger than the molecular diffusivity in the turbulent core.

2. Fluid dynamics
- In fluid dynamics, an eddy is the swirling of a fluid and the reverse current created when the fluid flows past stir bar. This phenomenon is most visible behind large objects in swift-flowing fluids. The concept of eddy is often used in turbulence flow.
