1. 서론
Plasmid는 bacteria 세포의 염색체와는 별도로 존재하면서 self-replication을 할 수 있는 원형 DNA 분자로 적은 수의 gene을 가지고 있다. 이 plasmid는 유전자 재조합 시 재조합 DNA 조작을 위한 vector DNA(숙주에 이종의 DNA를 운반하는 DNA)로 사용되며 원하는 DNA 단편을 넣어 gene cloning 등에 널리 이용된다.1) Pla
