Ⅰ Introduction - Study Objective
There are may reasons for the success of FedEx. What we will focus on is e-business, what they have established before other competitors. In 1995, FedEx has already started a package tracking system on the web which was greatly greeted by the users and later was imitated and implanted by competitors. Some Corporate customers used FedEx services like 'Virtual Order' and made a vast online catalogue. We wish to analyze corporate innovation through FedEx's e-business case and what effects it had on FedEx and in what way FedEx should go in the future.
