I. Introduction


1. Problem proposal and Current condition

Due to financial crisis from the America, the world economy is falling into the recession. 3 in the American TOP 5 investment banks disappeared such as Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers. And world-wide global enterprises like GM, Chrysler go into bankruptcy. In this situation the financial crisis spreading with actual object economy and the world economy get a great pain. The aftereffect of economic recession cannot avoid our country as well. This year the government, economic laboratory and the other economic group predict that our country providing a negative growth. Furthermore Korea the Minister of Finance Yoon junghyun say that ' I'll welcome next spring with dilight in next yea' This means that our economy cannot grow until next year.



As you can see the graph, due to the economy recession, this year January employment person decreased 103,000 compare with previous years same month. And last year December employment decreased 12,000. This means that job decreasement speed much more quickly. Also the recession of macroscopic economy is actualized, the future employment circumstance is much harder. A bigger problem is that employment is late than economy recession, at least 3~6 months. Therefore this year, our country employment circumstance to be deteriorated continuously.


This table shows the recently the previous years same month preparation increase and change of age by employment rate. Pay attention the employment rate which is decreased to between 20~30 year-old, concentrated mainly. That means the people who graduate high school or university cannot find a job and they becomes the unemployed person. This is very serious social problems.

So our government try to make a job and keep the employment. They make a revised supplementary budget almost 60 trillion WON and try to make a our economy more better. and positively informed about the Job Sharing to the company. Our group focused on the Job Sharing and find a necessary of Job Sharing and what kind of strong point and a weak point, through in the concrete instance.
2. The reason why selects job sharing

The reason why our group selects job sharing like say at the first, The job sharing is one kind of economy crisis overcome plan, this is a very important policy for the government. In fact 10 years ago, in the IMF economy crisis, job sharing is discussed with the politic alternative. But at that time the company is bankrupt very quickly and due to the quickly company restructuring, job sharing cannot execute. But this economy crisis is different. The Tripartite Commission is cooperate each other. From now on We will see the detail about the job sharing.

The job sharing is a policy that maintains employment from condition of recession. And creat job through reduced salary. Job sharing, the type will be able to divide on a large scale with two kind. One is ' Employment maintenance' and the other is 'Creat
