We have designed the following questions to ask our interviewee in KT, and tried to analyze the answers to explore the change in centralization, formulation, complexity of KT.
(Centralization)
1. Q: Decisions are usually made by people in upper level management positions.
A: The person who holds the upper level, middle level and lower level manage
